GANT

GANT engaged with Markup to implement and rollout the online part of their massive 3.0 re-launch. Our team engaged to create the online rebrand across all markets under tight deadlines. GANT were extremely happy with the outcome or Markup’s work and the commitment Markup made to delivering to these tight deadlines.

GANT have utilised the Phoenix Platform Click and Collect functionality to offer customer choice and drive footfall into stores as part of their Multichannel initiatives. With thousands of click and collect orders being processed total sales have increased and customer satisfaction has also increased as a result.

Hunter

Markup worked with Hunter Boot to launch it’s new flagship online store for UK, Europe, US and Canada. For the first time, the website is available in French, German and Spanish, with localised content and multiple currencies for key markets. Hunter Boot have broken all of their online sales records since launching with Markup’s Phoenix platform.

Markup’s Phoenix platform was chosen as one of Hunter’s new systems to allow for more power business processes in order to cope with increased demand. Phoenix has automated a lot of the Hunter manual business processes increasing productivity of the internal team, this was geared towards allowing sales growth.

Testimonials

In an industry of charlatans it is a breath of fresh air to work with Markup. Having proved their worth in the UK and Sweden we selected their Phoenix platform to be our global omni-channel solution allowing us to quickly launch seven new markets across 2 distribution centres as well as key omni channel initiatives. Not only is the platform on a much sounder technical footing than rivals such as Magento, it is the personal attributes of the team who are always willing to go the extra mile in delivering to budget and time that make working with them a pleasure.
— Kieran Clinton-Tarestad, GANT Global Head of Ecommerce
This is a key milestone in Hunter’s history and direct to consumer plans, in line with the imminent launch of our first global flagship store on Regent Street. Our multi-channel proposition will be rolled out into new markets and territories both physically and digitally in the coming months, as well as being part of our long-term strategy.
